Work hands-on across UX, UI, and product strategy
Andrea Breitling is a product designer and facilitator with over 15 years of experience working on complex, high-stakes systems. Her work sits at the intersection of product strategy, UX, and delivery—helping teams turn early ideas into products that are clear, usable, and ready for the real world.
She specializes in projects where constraints matter: regulated environments, legacy systems, emerging technology, and multi-stakeholder teams. Andrea has led design across defense, medical, industrial, SaaS, and education domains, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, executives, and end users.
Her approach is collaborative and practical. She helps teams align around a shared vision, clarify requirements, test assumptions early, and make thoughtful design decisions that hold up over time. Whether leading discovery, shaping product direction, or working hands-on in design tools, she focuses on building things people can actually use.
Andrea works with clients internationally and has extensive experience collaborating with distributed teams.
